Patient information
Know exactly what to expect, start to finish.
Anxiety hates information. Here is your entire experience, step by step, before you ever walk in.
01
Before your visit
Complete registration online before you arrive so your first minutes here are spent with people, not paperwork. Bring your photo ID, insurance card, and any X-rays or referral from your dentist.
02
The consultation
You meet Dr. Johnson, review 3D imaging together, and leave with a clear plan and a clear quote. If sedation is part of your plan, Dr. Robinson reviews your health history personally before surgery day.
03
Surgery day
Arrive with an empty stomach per your instructions and a driver. Most procedures take under an hour. You wake up gently, and we bring your car around to our private pickup so you skip the lobby.
04
Recovery
You go home with written instructions, a direct line to the office, and a follow-up already scheduled. Questions at 8pm? Call. A human who knows your case will answer or call right back.

New patients
Registration takes about ten minutes online. Call the office and we will text you the link, or complete it when you book your consultation.

Asked at nearly every consult
Do you take my insurance?
We work with most major dental and medical plans and verify your benefits before treatment, so the quote you approve is the bill you get. Call the office with your plan details and we will check for you in minutes.
Will I be asleep for my procedure?
If you want to be, yes. From local anesthesia to IV sedation and deep sedation managed by our staff MD anesthesiologist, the level of comfort is your choice, made safely.
How fast can I be seen?
Consultations are typically scheduled within days, not weeks. Urgent cases, including pain and trauma, are prioritized same-week and often same-day.
Where do I park?
Dedicated parking sits directly outside our ground-floor entrance at Preston and Lovers. No garage, no elevator, no long walk after sedation.
Schedule a consultation
Ready when you are.
Consultations are unhurried, private, and honest. Bring your questions, your referral slip, or just your nerves.
