Is wisdom teeth removal painful?
Not during the procedure. Most patients choose sedation and are comfortably asleep, with Dr. Robinson, our physician anesthesiologist, monitoring them the entire time. Afterward, expect soreness and swelling that peaks around day two or three and fades through the first week. Most patients manage it with the medication plan we send home and are back to school or work within two to three days.

When is the best time to have wisdom teeth removed?
